All of our Bouncy Castles and Soft Play Arena are tested and PIPA tagged to ensure safety. Certificate to confirm this will be provided on delivery.

We never want to cancel a outdoor bouncy castle booking but sometimes we have to for safety reasons.
All of our castles have built in rain shower / sun protectors but these only work in light rain. Water on a castle is a safety issue due to the castle becoming incredibly slippery.
Winds exceeding 24mph would also mean we would need to cancel. Although we anchor our castles down a strong gust exceeding 24mph could cause a safety issue.
We always put children’s safety first, if we have to cancel your booking it’s because we believe it wouldn’t be 100% safe for children to use a bouncy castle outside.
All of our castles are suitable for indoor hires, no wind or rain issues to worry about
