The following policy documents are available on our website:


1. General Booking Information

1. Bounce & Party provide party entertainment and party supplies for adult and children's parties, functions and events in and around Glasgow and Lanarkshire as requested by our client or customer (The Hirer) for a pre-arranged price at the clients home or suitable venue.

2. We take preliminary bookings either by online booking request, phone, Facebook or e-mail, which must be confirmed within 3 days. A booking fee is required to secure your booking which is deducted from the total price of the party. The booking fee is non-returnable should you cancel the party at any time. We understand that sometimes plans change and where possible will transfer your booking to an alternative date. More information on the booking fee is below.

3. The required booking information will be sent either by link on our website, text message, email or social media message. Once received we will book you in to our booking system and send confirmation of your party booking or party supplies via email to the email address supplied. A party booking is NOT CONFIRMED until we receive your booking fee and accepted the booking. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of the party or delivery of your party supplies and will be requested before the party starts or on delivery of your party supplies.. Email confirmation of your booking and any payments received will be sent to you via email to the email address you supplied.

2. Booking Fee

1. A £50.00 booking fee will be required in most circumstances and will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. This payment will be made at the time of booking. A confirmation email of this payment will be emailed, If you do not receive this email please check your spam / junk folder.

2. Your booking fee is a non — refundable payment, covering our administrative costs when reserving your date and assets / equipment. Please see below for more information on circumstances where this may be refunded

3. Booking fees are to be paid at the time of requesting to book or within 3 working days for bookings made over the phone, by email or via social media or when packages / assets / equipment and dates have been reserved for you. Bounce & Party can not hold any dates or assets / equipment without the booking fee being paid.

4. For bookings not made online, Bounce & Party will send a reminder email if no booking fee payment has been received after 3 working days. Should we not receive your booking fee payment after 5 working days Bounce & Party reserves the right to cancel your booking and release the date and or assets /equipment available to be booked by others.


3. Setup Times

1. For party entertainment packages and children's party entertainment Bounce & Party require a minimum of 60 minutes to setup and ensure that all equipment provided is safe and ready for use.

2. Bounce & Party will not be liable for any refund, in part or whole, where ‘we’ are late accessing the venue and setting up purely because of earlier events over-running, or where ‘we’ are prevented from accessing, setting up or providing our professional services by the venue management. Neither will Bounce & Party be obligated to provide an extension to the agreed timescale on a pro­rata basis in these circumstances.

3. Should we be provided less setup time or unable to gain access to the venue due to circumstances beyond our control we also reserve the right to provide an alternative setup than booked or a minimal setup in order for us to start at the booked time.

4. Due to other potential bookings on the day, it is very important the agreed party start and finish times are adhered to. Should you, on the day, wish Bounce & Party to start later or remain longer, this is at the discretion of Bounce & Party.

5. Bounce & Party will attempt to contact you the evening before your party / event or party supplies order as a matter of courtesy and to ensure that we still have the correct details. You are however free to contact us at any time.


4. Parking

1. It is the responsibility of the client / customer to provide Bounce & Party with a parking space close to the location for setup or venue and where required, cover the cost of parking. Bounce & Party will require one parking space suitable for a transit van. You will be requested to provide parking information when booking. If you are aware of any parking restrictions, such as residents parking, pay and display, or time limits this must be provide when booking your party. Should parking not be available near your venue or delivery address we must be informed of this at the time of booking. In these circumstances we will also additional time to unload/load the required equipment for the party / event.

2. Bounce & Party will aim to arrive at your venue at least 1 hour prior to the start of the party package. For residential bouncy castle hire, soft play hire and party supply orders an estimated delivery time will be provided when booking.


5. Mobile Disco's & Children's Party Packages With Music

1. The Client / Customer shall provide Bounce & Party with safe and appropriate working conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, providing an area 3.75 meters by 2.5 meters for the party host / DJ's main setup for setting up speakers and lighting stands, a minimum of 2x 240-volt outlets from a reliable power source within 3 meters (along the wall) of the set-up area.

2. For outdoor performances, (by prior arrangement with Bounce & Party in advance) It is understood that if this is a "Rain or Shine" event, the Bounce & Party performance fee is in no way affected by inclement weather.

3. For outdoor performances, (by prior arrangement with Bounce & Party in advance) the client / customer shall provide overhead shelter for the setup area. Bounce & Party reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to the performer, equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The performance fee will not be affected by such cancellation.

4. Where Bounce & Party is engaged to work alongside another entertainer (or band), it is the clients / customers responsibility to ensure that adequate space exists within the venue for both entertainers to set up their equipment and that separate power outlets exist. It would be appreciated that we are informed in advance of the party / event if we are to work with another entertainer (or band).

5. The client / customer will inform Bounce & Party prior to performance date confirmation of a venue sound limiter installation. Please note: Bounce & Party reserves the right to decline supply of entertainment at venues with a sound limiter installed.

6. A written event / music planner or music request list must be received by Bounce & Party prior to the event for it to be included in Bounce & Party’s event schedule. With or without the aid of an event / music planner or music request list, Bounce & Party shall attempt to play the client / customer and client / customer guest’s music requests but shall not be held responsible if certain selections are unavailable. Bounce & Party will make an extra effort to have music requests available if they are received by Bounce & Party "IN WRITING or VIA EMAIL" at least two weeks prior to the event.


6. Slush Machine Hire

The slush machine/machines supplied by Bounce & Party are delivered in a clean and in good working order. The slush machine/machines will be positioned and setup in a safe and secure position by a Bounce & Party. (Please do not move machine/machines unless agreed by Bounce & Party.)

1. Only add or use slush products supplied by Bounce & party, do not add anything else to the machine/machines. This includes but not limited too, alcohol, water, fizzy drinks, other slush syrup.

2. Instruction for the slush machine/machines will be provided by Bounce & Party to a responsible adult (written instructions are also supplied).

3. The slush machine/machines operation will be supervised by the responsible adult AT ALL TIMES. Under no circumstances should a child or anyone under the age of 18 operate the machine.

4. Any damage to slush machine MUST be reported to Bounce & Party immediately and machine/machines switched off.

5. Any fault that may arise must be reported to Bounce & Party immediately and the slush machine/machines switched off.

6. Once the slush machine/machines are finished with, please switch them off and leave for collection.

7. Any missing items or damage caused either through misuse or failure to follow instructions will result in either the cost of repair or replacement of the slush machine (which ever is cheaper) to be invoiced to the client.


7. Bouncy Castles & Soft Play

Please adhere to the following rules when hiring or using bouncy castles:

  • All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • No hard objects are allowed on the bouncy castle / inflatable, including shoes or any kind of footwear, glasses, jewellery or toys
  • Food, drinks and other messy objects are not allowed on the bouncy castle / inflatable. If we believe this rule has been broken, or if the bouncy castle / inflatable is returned in a condition beyond what would be expected from normal use, the hirer will be liable to pay a £45 charge to cover the cost of cleaning.
  • Do not sit or climb on the rain covers or the walls of the bouncy castle.
  • Do not overcrowd the bouncy castle.
  • Please remove any children who are misbehaving.
  • Please segregate sessions into people of a similar size or age.
  • Generators and air blowers must be placed in an area that ensures they are not a trip hazard. Children must not be allowed near the air blower or generator.
  • Generators and air blowers must be sheltered to protect them from rain showers.
  • Do not smoke near the bouncy castle / inflatable.
  • If the bouncy castle / inflatable is damaged due to negligence or malicious acts, the hirer will be liable to pay for the full cost of any repairs required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The person that delivers the bouncy castle, inflatable, or hired party equipment will be the same person who will collect the bouncy castle, inflatable, or hired party equipment. BOUNCE & PARTY DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT ON OUR BEHALF! You will be fully liable, negligence for new replacements and costs if the equipment is collected by anyone else except Bounce & Party.

We do not provide Outdoor bouncy castle hire or soft play hire unless by prior arrangement. Outdoor hiresare only available to be setup in your own private grassed back garden. Bouncy & Party do not setup bouncy castle or soft play in communal, common or areas where other residents have use of.

These are the Terms and Conditions for Hire of Bouncy Castles, Inflatables and Hire Equipment which are based on the standards set out by the Health and Safety Executive and the Local Authority. Please read these carefully. By making a booking with us you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

It is the responsibility of the person/s hiring the equipment to ensure that all the reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury or cause damage to the equipment. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

1. NO Adult should use any of the equipment supplied by Bounce & Party. All equipment supplied by Bounce & Party is solely for children's use. These units are intended for use by persons below the age of 14 YEARS (below 16 years with permission of the management on certain equipment). Please ensure no persons over this age uses the equipment.

2. A RESPONSIBLE ADULT (OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE) MUST BE SUPERVISING THE EQUIPMENT AND CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. No person under the influence of drink or drugs should supervise or operate the equipment. Also a responsible adult, the hirer (over 18 years of age) must be present at the delivery address during delivery and collection.

3. You may be requested to provide 2 forms of ID with at least one photo and your home address. For example your driving license, your passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement. On delivery we may also request to take a photograph of the responsible person alongside the equipment for additional security purposes (Any photos taken will be deleted on collection of equipment). We reserve the right to refuse hire.

4. Please have the remaining balance payment in cash ready to pay on delivery (unless you have paid by credit/ debit card, bank transfer or any other method in advance). Sorry we do not except cheques or card payments on delivery.

5. If you do not have payment ready on delivery we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Equipment will not be setup in advance of receiving payment.

6. Always ensure the equipment is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of people using it. ALWAYS AVOID A MIX OF LARGE AND SMALL CHILDREN AT THE SAME TIME.

7. DO NOT allow anyone to bounce on the front step as children could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users to get on and off! Always enter and exit the inflatable from the front of the step and not the sides. Any safety mats supplied are to be kept in position and users must enter and exit the bouncy castle via the matted area (Full adult supervision required!).

8. Ensure that no person with a history of Heart, Neck or Back Problems, High Blood Pressure, Joint Weakness or any person with a history of known medical disabilities are allowed to use the equipment. Also any person who feels unwell should be removed immediately.

9. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the side walls is DANGEROUS and MUST NOT be allowed.

10. Children should not be pushing, colliding, fighting, attempting somersaults, wrestling, running or behaving in a manner likely to cause injury, damage or distress to others or the equipment.

11. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation as this could damage both the equipment and injure the user.

12. Where applicable ensure a safety zone of 6 feet (2 metres - subject to initial safety survey) around the equipment is kept clear at all times and anchor points are accessible. Occasionally check that the inflatable equipment is securely anchored/pegged down.

13. All shoes, glasses, jewellery and badges MUST be removed before using the equipment.

14. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, food, drinks, sweets, chewing gum, pens, water (hosepipes, water pistols etc), soapy water (to create foam!), pets, toys, barbecues, smoking, shoes or sharp objects are to be allowed on or near the equipment. This will avoid both choking hazards and potential soiling of the equipment. Cleaning charges apply. A cleaning charge is normally from £50.00 but maybe more depending on the severity of the soiling. Any soiling damage will be charged as per contract.

15. Do not glue/stick/attach or hang any notices or signs to the bouncy castle and equipment as this can cause injury to the users and this normally also leaves a sticky residue on the equipment which is very difficult to remove and could cause damage to any printed graphics on the castle. Cleaning and damage charges will apply.

16. ACCIDENTS: In the event of an accident occurring, please notify us immediately by telephone on: 07949 837 154. Full details must be recorded in writing, including: name and address of injured party, date, time and place of incident, circumstances of accident, responsible supervising adult. A copy of the report must be provided on collection.

17. Once the inflatable has been set up/erected by Bounce & Party, do not move or reposition the inflatable without our permission. Failure to comply may result in injury to users, any insurance invalidated and also damage to our equipment. Any damage caused by the Hirer moving or repositioning the inflatable without our permission shall deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement costs in addition to any loss of business as a result of such loss or damage as per hire contract.

18. Please leave the inflatables running at all times, even during light rain. However, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable should not be used in high winds or wet conditions. Please only switch off the inflatable during extremely high winds and/or torrential rain. After rain showers, any wetness including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with the aid of a towel. We reserve the right to cancel and/or collect the equipment at any time if severe weather warning comes into force.

19. In the event that the blower stops working, ensure ALL users exit the inflatable immediately. Make sure the blower tube has not come loose, the deflation zip is still closed and that nothing is obstructing the blower. Failing all this, please contact us on 07949 837 154 for further assistance.

20. Always use the RCD plug provided (where applicable). Only used electrical equipment supplied by us, as all electrical equipment is fully tested to the appropriate Health and Safety Guidelines by a qualified electrician and fitted with British Standard approved connections. These connections are splashproof (except RCD's) and can be left out in wet weather although do not allow them to become submerged in water.

21. Do not allow any person to interfere, adjust or repair any electrical item, even if qualified to do so. Failure to do so may result in additional cost for replacement or repair of damage parts.

22. Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, neglect, loss or failure to follow these conditions, shall deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement costs in addition to any court costs or any loss of business as a result of such loss or damage as per hire contract.

23. Bounce & Party can not be held liable for any damage to property (indoors or outdoors) whilst delivering or collecting equipment. It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure that on delivery and collection we have adequate access and clearances. Please also inform us of any known underground services present when securing the equipment to the ground using ground stakes (anchors).

24. Any extension cables which cannot be safely rooted out of the way of pedestrian traffic will need to be taped down and untaped at the end of the hire by the Hirer or covered with suitable shielding/matting or equivalent.

25. It is the Hirers responsibility to arrange adequate supervision of the children or vulnerable adults during setting up and packing away of the inflatable and equipment. Do not allowed the children or vulnerable adults to touch the equipment during setting up and packing away. Bounce & Party can not be held responsible for children or vulnerable adults getting hurt on our equipment during setting up and packing away.

26. CANCELLATIONS: Bouncy castle outdoor hires may be cancelled up to 1 hour before the agreed delivery time due to adverse weather. Please call 07949 837 154 to discuss if you wish to cancel for this reason. For our refund & cancellation policy please click here.

27. IMPORTANT NOTE: The person that delivers the bouncy castle, inflatable, or hired party equipment will be the same person who will collect the bouncy castle, inflatable, or hired party equipment. BOUNCE & PARTY DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT ON OUR BEHALF! You will be fully liable, negligence for new replacements and costs if the equipment is collected by anyone else except Bounce & Party.

28. We reserve the right to refuse hire in the event that the Hirer or the Hirer's property is deemed unsuitable by us. Please check the sizes of the equipment and clearances required before delivery as full payment is due if inadequate space is available.

8. Soft Play

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Soft Play Package to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

  1. The Soft Play has an age limit of 5 years old. Please ensure no one over this age uses the Soft Play equipment.
  2. Please ensure that the Soft Play is kept in a clean condition. A cleaning fee will be charged should we have to clean the equipment more than what would be reasonably expected.
  3. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on, within or near the Soft Play, this will avoid choking and avoidable mess. A cleaning fee will be charged should we have to clean the equipment more than what would be reasonably expected.
  4. All shoes, glasses, jewellery and badges MUST be removed before using the Soft Play. Parents/guardians who enter the soft play area or walk over the padded floor tiles whilst supervising must remove their shoes. Any damage may result in the Hirer having to pay an additional fee. It is recommended for hygiene reasons that socks should be worn whilst using the Soft Play equipment.
  5. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on, within or near the Soft Play.
  6. No smoking or barbecues near the Soft Play.
  7. A responsible Adult (over 18 years old) must supervise the Soft Play at all times. Bounce & Party can supply event staff tosupervise the use of the Soft Play but at an additional cost. Bounce & Party accepts no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the equipment is on hire.
  8. Always ensure that the Soft Play is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it.
  9. Children must not push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
  10. No pets or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Soft Play.
  11. Please ensure that an area of 3 feet (1 metre) around the Soft Play is completely clear.

General Soft Play Requirements

  1. Ball Pool – please re-bag the balls prior to your agreed collection time. Failure to do so may result in a collection charge.
  2. Any damage to the equipment must be reported to Bounce & Party as soon as possible, and may result in an additional fee.
  3. The Hirer will be responsible for any loss of equipment during the Hire Period and will be charged accordingly.
  4. Bounce & Party are covered by Public Liability Insurance, and a copy of this is available on our website or by request.
DISCLAIMER

Please note that ALL persons using the equipment do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. The person/s or organisation hiring such equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse, neglect or reckless use of such equipment hired. The guidelines above are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the Hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

Bounce & Party cannot except any responsibility for any injuries sustained by anyone using the equipment hired. It is strongly recommended that the Hirer (you the customer) has adequate public liability insurance.

You will be required to sign a copy of this disclaimer on delivery.

DECLARATION

You will be required to sign a copy of the declaration to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these conditions of hire. (I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and equipment and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur).

9. Cancellation by Bounce & Party

1. It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking, but sometimes we are forced to due to circumstances that are beyond our control. Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control (except for weather please see below) a full refund of any monies paid including any booking fee, i.e but not exhausted to vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortages, coronavirus, self isolation or any other reason, excluding health and safety grounds, lack of space, access, wrong surface type or for not producing if requested acceptable forms of ID, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to the customer to check and confirm.

Bounce & Party reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason without redress.


10. Cancellation due to Weather

1. If we, Bounce & Party cancel due to poor weather conditions the option of either a new hire date will be offered. If the customer cancels due to poor weather conditions a new hire date may be offered at the discretion of Bounce & Party but no refund of the booking fee will be given. Cancellations by the customer due to weather conditions must given at least 1 hour before the agreed delivery / arrival time. Failure to do so will result in the full hire or package charge payable.

2. Bounce & Party reserve the right to cancel any booking due to MET office weather warnings or on police Scotland advise not to travel. This includes but not limited too, strong winds, heavy rain causing flooding, heavy snow or icy conditions where traveling to the venue may not be possible or potentially dangerous for ourselves or your guests.

3. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if on our arrival at the venue, carparks, paths or venue access is dangerous due to untreated surfaces, slippery or Icy, and may make delivery dangerous or unsafe for us and your guests.

11. Cancellation by the Customer

1. All cancellations must be made over the phone by calling 07949 837154 during normal office hours of 9am to 8pm. Cancellations cannot be taken by voicemail, text, email or any other methods.

2. The following charges will apply to all bookings where cancelled by the client / customer:
  • Cancellation less than 27 full days before booking date - 100% of total cost. (See below)
  • Cancellation 28 full days before - No charge except any booking fee paid.

The cost of any special items or supplies purchased for your specific event will also be charged at the cost price.

If a cancellation is made less than 27 full days before the booking date, an invoice will be issued via email along with information on how to make payment. Payment must be received no later than the original booking date. Failure to make payment on time may result in your details being referred to a third-party collection agency.

12. Cancellation due to unsuitable surface or size / part-package cancellation

1. It is the customers / clients responsibility to measure the size of the area that the bouncy castle, inflatable or soft play will be located, including the venues ceiling height for indoor hires. The bouncy castle / inflatable / soft play size is clearly displayed within the bouncy castle / inflatable / soft play description and its required area size. Bounce & Party reserve the right to cancel / refuse the setup of a bouncy castle, inflatable or soft play if:

  • The setup area is of an insufficient size that is likely to cause injury and / or damage to our equipment.
  • The surface type is not suitable for appropriate anchorage and / or likely to cause injury or damage to our equipment.
  • The ceiling height within indoor venues is not high enough and / or likely to cause injury or damage to the venue or our equipment.
  • The setup location is a communal, shared or has shared public accress. Bounce & Party do not provide bouncy castle or soft play hires for setup on communal or shared areas.
  • For any other reason that Bounce & Party believe that a bouncy castle / inflatable / soft play or any equipment provided by Bounce & Party may or is likely to cause injury or damage to our equipment, the setup location or venue.

2. Where we are unable to set up the bouncy castle, inflatable or soft play due to issues relating to insufficient area size, unsuitable surface type or inadequate ceiling height the full remaining payment balance will still be payable.

3. When a bouncy castle, inflatable or soft play is hired as part of a party package but is cancelled due to insufficient area size, unsuitable surface type or inadequate ceiling height the full party package remaining payment balance will still be payable. Other services within the party package will still be provided.


13. Force Majeure

Bounce & Party will not be liable for any failure or delay in our obligations where that failure or delays from cause is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are limited to: traffic, weather effecting delivery of equipment to a location by specified time, weather effecting use of equipment, power failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of war, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disasters or anything else that is beyond our control.

If Bounce & Party have to cancel due to Force Majeure providing that you have only paid your Booking Fee, none of the above cancellation charges set out in section 10 will need to be paid however your Booking Fee is non-refundable and only transferable to a date within six Months of your original booking date. If You have paid in full, we will allocate any payments already made to a new booking. We cannot refund the money already paid it must be allocated a new booking within six months of original booking date.


14. Children & guests are your responsibility

1. Bounce & Party provide party entertainment but are not a child minding service and we ask that parents and carers remember that the children are their responsibility at all times.

2. Children must be fully supervised by their parents / guardian / suitable adult during the duration of the party.

3. Bounce & Party will not be responsible for any accident or injury that may happen due to negligence of the child / parent / suitable adult during the party.

4. For bouncy castle hires a health and safety briefing will be provided and whilst we risk assess all our activities and make them as safe as possible we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained whilst we are present.

5. The parent or caregiver is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at your venue, for the supervision of exits, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian.

6. Bounce & Party's responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.

7. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that there is at least 1 parent per 15 children responsible for the conduct of the children. Although Bounce & Party will use their reasonable efforts to motivate and excite the children it is not their or our duty to discipline or control bad behaviour.

8. Bounce & Party may provide sweets throughout the party. We must be informed prior to the start of the party of any children that are unable to consume these due to allergies or religious reasons.

9. The customer / client who booked Bounce & Party agrees to provide adequate supervision of guests and will ensure that venue management adequately supervises customers and or staff on site premises. Please note: Where the Party, function or event may include guests under the age of 16 years, the Hirer (or parent) is responsible for the behaviour and safety of any minors attending the venue. The Hirer will provide and maintain adequate adult supervision at all times. Bounce & Party will not be liable for the supervision of minors.

10. The customer / client will take steps to protect Bounce & Party’s equipment, music and personnel during the contracted period. Any damages incurred due to a lack of reasonable protection on your part (except in the case of gross negligence on the part of Bounce & Party) will be payable by Hirer to the extent of repair or replacement of damaged music and / or equipment, and all costs of medical treatment.

11. In the event of circumstances deemed by Bounce & Party to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to Bounce & Party staff or any equipment in Bounce & Party’s possession, Bounce & Party reserve the right to cease performance with the full balance still payable. If the Hirer is able to resolve the threatening situation in a reasonable amount of time (maximum of 15 minutes), Bounce & Party shall resume performance in accordance with the original terms of this agreement, However any time lost will not be added to the end of the agreed performance time. In order to prevent equipment damage or liability arising from accidental injury to any individual attending this performance, Bounce & Party reserves the right to deny any guest access to the sound system, music recordings, or other equipment.
