What is a Party Host?
Our Party Hosts are more than just a DJ / entertainer, yes they play music and talk on the microphone but rather than being sat behind a desk they are out the front with the children and party guests. Our party hosts will ensure that your party runs smoothly, is organised and stress free.
Our party host will welcome the children to the party, make them laugh, scream and shout, entertain them (& adults) and run the party games. They will ensure that the children leave the party with smiles on their faces.

What do your Party Host packages include?
Our party host packages can include a Bouncy Castle, Party Host / Entertainer, Music, Disco Lights, Party Games, Soft Play and interaction with the children (and adults). If your venue does not allow bouncy castles we can provide our Bronze Party package or our Magic & Mayhem Show. For parties with little ones attending we can provide one of our Soft Play setups.
A typical party timeline example:
- 2:00pm Party start time - We allow the party guests 30 minutes to arrive and use the bouncy castle if part of the package.
- 2:30pm Party welcome & games - We ask all the party guests to come down to the front. We interact with the party guests and get them all involved in the party. Traditional party games will also take place.
- 3:00pm Food break - Party guests are encouraged to take a break if party food is being provided.
- 3:15pm Birthday cake - The bouncy castle is switched off and all party guests are asked to come down to the front. The birthday boy / girl is brought to the front for the arrival of the cake. Switching off the bouncy castle allows all of the party guests to participate with the birthday boy / girl.
- 3:20pm Party games - All party guests are encouraged to participate in the traditional party games.
- 3:40pm Party Dances
- 3:55pm End of party interaction - We ask all the party guests to come down to the front for one final time.
- 4:00pm Party ends
Is this a complete party, do i need to do anything?
Yes, our party entertainment packages are a complete 2/3 hour party of non stop children's entertainment. All you need to do is, provide the venue, party food and for birthday parties, the birthday cake. During the party we will be on hand to assist you and guide you though anything we require you to do.
How many party games will you play?
This all depends on the party guests but usually we will play 3/4 traditional party games in our silver and gold package and 2 party games in our Magic & Mayhem Package.
Do you provide the party game prizes?
Yes, all party entertainment packages include games prizes. You can upgrade the games prizes during the booking process.
What are your prices?
You will find all of our prices listed on this web site with each product or package. Please Note: There may be a small surcharge for fuel and travel time if your event is in another city, more than 10 miles from Glasgow City Centre or travel time exceeds 20 minutes.
Do you price match other companies?
Bounce & Party do not price match with other entertainers or companies in the Glasgow & Lanarkshire area as we are all different in ability & the quality of service. Bounce & Party believe that our prices represent the quality of service and products we provide.
Can I choose the Bouncy Castle & can i have more than one?
Yes, all of our Bouncy Castles are available as part of a Party Entertainment Package (subject to availability). As long as the venue is big enough you can have one, two or even three Bouncy Castles at an addition discounted cost.
How long do you require to setup?
We require a minimum of 60 minutes for packages with a bouncy castle or soft play setup to ensure that we are set up on time for the start of the party and able to provide a safety briefing. For our Bronze party entertainment package and Magic & Mayhem Package we require a minimum setup time of 45 minutes.
Larger party packages with more than one castle may require additional setup time. This will be discussed with your prior to booking.
What size are your Bouncy Castles?
All of our standard Bouncy Castles are 12ft x 15ft and 9.5ft high. Our soft play areas is 16ft x 14ft and 6.5ft high.
Do you have Soft Play and can I book this as well as a Bouncy Castle?
Yes we do have soft play which you can find here, as long as the venue is big enough you can add a bouncy castle from an additional £90.00.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes and is available to view on our website. We also bring this with us to the venue should the venue wish to see it.
Do your bouncy castles have an up to date and valid test?
Yes all of our Bouncy Castles have an up to date and valid RPII or PIPA test and the certificates are available to view on our website. We also bring these with us to the venue should the venue wish to see it.
How soon should i book?
We would advice that you book as soon as you have a date and time for the party as our diary fills up quickly. You can book directly on our website.
Do you require a deposit or booking fee?
When making a request to book we require a non refundable £50.00 booking fee. This can be paid by Credit card or Debit card at the time of making a booking request and is deducted from the total cost of the hire or party package.
