Following the latest Scottish government restrictions we are no longer able to enter your property to install or setup our Soft play home hires.

However, we are now offering a safe and contactless delivery service for our Soft play set ups which means that we are still able to continue with our service and have made this as simple as possible. Full instructions on how to safely setup the Soft play within your home will be provided, however it is really easy.

Procedure And How To Book

All of our Bouncy Castle's and Soft Play can be booked individually or included as part of a Party Package.

We have tried to make this as easy as possible but if at any point you have issues please feel free to call us on Tel: 07949837154 and we'll be happy to help.

1. Select the bouncy castle, soft play or party entertainment package you are interested in and click on the link to go to the products page.

2. On the bouncy castle, soft play or party entertainment package page read the description (Some of our party entertainment packages have several options depending on your requirements).

3. To request a booking press the big green button that says "BOOK ONLINE" and this will start the booking request process.

4. Select your date and postcode, this will provide a total cost for your product or package including any delivery charges. Continue to fill in your details as requested to make your booking request.

5. Once you have completed the form you will be asked to pay a £20.00 booking fee. This is required in order to confirm your booking.

6. You will then be taken to WorldPay where you can securely use your credit or debit card to pay the £20.00 booking fee.

7. Once payment is made you will receive a booking request confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if it isn't in your inbox.

8. We will then check your request to book and ensure that it is suitable and we are able to fulfil the booking request. Confirmation of acceptance will be emailed.

Once Booked...

We will give you a courtesy call the night before your delivery date. We will check the details we have are correct and confirm your delivery time. We will also ask the following questions:

  • Does anyone within your household have coronavirus?
  • Is anyone within your household showing symptoms of having coronavirus or feeling unwell?
  • Is anyone within your household self isolating?

On the date of your delivery, on our arrival we will give you a call to inform you that we have arrived.

Please ensure that only one member of the household exits the property and wears a face mask. We also ask that you keep a 2 meter distance. Under no circumstances are we able to bring the Soft play in to your house. The Soft play will be placed by your front door or other suitable outdoor location.

A hire agreement, setup instructions and safety information will be provided to you. Should you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask at this point.

Follow the instructions provided to setup the Soft play. Please ensure that you read the safety information provided.

After your hire and before your collection time please clean the equipment throughly with the cleaning materials provided. Please do not use any other cleaning materials. Once cleaned please pack away, instructions on how to do this will be provided.

On our arrival to collect the Soft play please place this by your front door. Please do not bring or leave the Soft play outside until we have arrived. Under no circumstances are we able to collect the Soft play from within your house.

How can I pay?

If you have an outstanding balance please place the remaining balance in an envelope and pass to us on our arrival.

Monitoring Scottish Government advice?

Bounce & Party follow all guidelines and requirements set out by the Scottish government, we will ensure we maintain a minimum of 2m social distancing, ensuring that when we deliver the pre-booked equipment we will have the correct PPE including gloves and masks suitable for the delivery. We will also call the night before any hire to ensure that you or anyone in your household do not have symptoms of the Coronavirus, feeling unwell or are self isolating.

Will the Soft play be clean?

The Soft play will be in a clean and safe condition at the time of delivery. Before collection we ask that you throughly clean the equipment before we arrive to collect the Soft play using the provided clean materials. The Soft play will be cleaned once again before the next hire using a Antibacterial Spray and then stored ready for the next hire.

Can the Soft play go outside?

Yes, from March to October Soft play can be hired for indoor home use for residents of the household and outdoor garden hire.

Will you come through or enter my house?

Due to the current guidelines set by the Scottish government we are unable to bring the Soft play through your house. Under no circumstances are we able to bring the Soft play in to your house, through your house or set it up for you within your house.

Who can use the soft play?

The Soft play is designed for children under the age of 5 years old.
