Our family Christmas party entertainment package provides a hassle & stress free, organised and structured solution to providing a family Christmas party or event, perfect for families across Glasgow and Lanarkshire.
Our family Christmas party entertainment packages include an experienced party host / entertainer that will run the evert / party on your behalf. Everything required for a successful Christmas event / party is provided including a themed party host, sound system, music, disco lights, party game prizes and of course a visit from Father Christmas / Santa Claus.
Father Christmas / Santa Claus
This package also includes a visit from an experienced and authentic Father Christmas / Santa Claus.
Santa Claus will have a chat with each child, check what they are hoping to receive for Christmas, ask if they have been good etc. Santa Claus will ensure that the child is on the Nice List. If you are providing gifts, Santa Claus will ask the child if they would like an early gift from Santa. An opportunity for a photo will take place so make sure you have your camera ready.
Santa Claus will end the visit by reminding the children to make sure that they behave up to the special day and wave his goodbyes with a loud Ho Ho Ho.
Party / Event Entertainment Host
Our family Christmas party entertainment package ensure the kids have a great time and the parents less to worry about. Your party host will welcome the children with an interactive party introduction, magic, play party games, provide a fun and get everyone up on their feet dancing.
Parties and events can be often stressful for the organisers and parents when running them themselves. Trying to entertain the children, playing music and organising games.
We can do this for you! You provide the venue and any food or refreshments then leave the rest to us. We can even provide one of our fantastic bouncy castles, the music & lights with a professional system and keep the kids entertained with interaction and games.
This Christmas party entertainment package includes:

Example Christmas party timeline:
- 2:00pm Start time with Christmas background music - We allow the party guests 10 minutes to arrive.
- 2:10pm Welcome introduction & magic - We ask all the party guests to come down to the front. We interact with the guests and get them all involved in some magic!
- 2:30pm Party games with prizes, traditional party games will take place.
- 3:00pm Entertainer finishes and advises guests that he's off to have a look for Father Christmas as he seems to have got lost.
- 3:00pm Break - Guests are encouraged to take a break. If food is being provided this is a good time to provide it.
- 3:00pm Entertainer change to Father Christmas in preparation for his visit
- 3:20pm Father Christmas arrives! Father Christmas will announce his arrival by ringing his bell. Father Christmas will spend time and speak to each child.
- 4:00pm Father Christmas leaves, party / event finishes.
Please note: Father Christmas gifts to be provided by the organiser / venue. Father Christmas will require a space within the venue and a chair to sit on.

Before Requesting To Book A Party Entertainment Package, Please Read The Following Important Information:

Bouncy castles CAN NOT be hired on their own and only as part of an indoor party entertainment package.

Soft Play setups can be hired on their own for use inside your own home or as part of an indoor party entertainment package.

Bounce & Party take a non refundable booking fee to secure your assets and date. This payment can be made at the time of requesting to book. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery either in cash or via BACs (Bank Transfer).

Please ensure that your chosen venue has suitable parking and no more than 5 steps to access the venue.

Unfortunately due to issues regarding parking, access, suitability or other reasons we are unable to supply equipment or provide party entertainment to the following venues:
Community Central Halls, 304 Maryhill Rd, Glasgow, G20 7YE - No suitable parking / loading.
Bearsden Community Hub, 69 Drymen Rd, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 3QT - Lack of parking / Issues loading in to venue as upstairs, small lift.

Information On How To Book...
We have tried to make this as easy as possible but if at any point you have issues please feel free to call us on Tel: 07949837154 and we'll be happy to help.
1. Select the party entertainment package you are interested in and click on the link to go to the packages page.
2. On the party entertainment package page read the description (Some of our party entertainment packages have several options depending on your requirements).
3. To request a booking press the big green button that says "BOOK ONLINE" and this will start the booking request process.
4. Select your date and postcode, this will provide a total cost for your package including any delivery charges. Continue to fill in your details as requested to make your booking request.
5. Once you have completed the form you will be asked to pay a £50.00 booking fee. This is required in order to confirm your booking.
6. You will then be taken to Square where you can securely use your credit or debit card to pay the £50.00 booking fee.
7. Once payment is made you will receive a booking request confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if it isn't in your inbox.
8. We will then check your request to book and ensure that it is suitable and we are able to fulfil the booking request. Confirmation of acceptance will be emailed. Please ensure that you read this email in full as it contains important information regarding your booking.

Information About Us...
Bounce & Party are a member of the BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. All of our castles, have a valid RPII / PIPA Test Certificate, and its blower as well as all our electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. On delivery and setup our staff will give full advice and provide guidance on how to use it safely.
Our castles are cleaned between hires and our stock is kept presentable, all of our castles are in brand-new condition.

Price includes delivery of your bouncy castle, soft play and party packages within a 10 mile radius / 20 minute travel time of our base. Other areas are covered but may incur a small delivery charge. Any additional travel charge is displayed at the time of booking. Please contact us if you require more information.
All of our bouncy castles are tested to the strictest Health & Safety standards with valid PIPA safety certificates available. We have £5m of public liability insurance and all electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. All of our castles are suitable for children aged up to 14 so are perfect for birthday parties, family events, or any other children's event! Our Soft Play setups and Soft play Arena are suitable for children under 5 years old.
Safety is our number one priority and so our friendly team give full safety instruction & guidance when delivering your party entertainment package, soft play or bouncy castle.

Does this package include a visit from Father Christmas / Santa?
Yes this package includes a visit from Father Christmas / Santa Claus. The party / event event is split in to 2 sections, first half welcome introduction, magic and party games. The second half features a visit from Father Christmas / Santa Claus.
How long is this Christmas Party Entertainment Package?
This package is 2 hours. An additional hour can be added for £65.00. During the additional hour a longer section of magic will take place and more party games.
Do you provide the Father Christmas / Santa Claus gifts?
No, in order to keep prices as low as we can we do not provide the gifts. You are more than welcome to provide gifts for Father Christmas / Santa to give to the children.
How many children can Santa Claus see during the visit?
Santa Claus can see around 25/30 children during the 45 minute visit.
Can Santa Claus hold the children?
For safety reasons Santa Claus is unable to hold or carry children due to costume restrictions.
Please assist us with this and don't ask our Santa Claus to hold or carry any children in his arms as Santa is unable to do this.
Can photos be taken with the child and Santa Claus?
Yes, a photo opportunity will take place if you wish.
Do you provide the party game prizes?
Yes this package includes games prizes.

What are Bounce & Party "Party Hosts"?
Our Party Hosts are more than just a DJ / entertainer, yes they play music and talk on the microphone but rather than being sat behind a desk they are out the front with the children and party guests. Our party hosts will ensure that your party runs smoothly, is organised and stress free.
Our party host will welcome the children to the party, make them laugh, scream and shout, entertain them (& adults) and run the party games. They will ensure that the children leave the party or event with smiles on their faces.
