Our fantastic mobile toddler soft play & ball pool setups are perfect for setups within your own home. These soft play setups feature an 8ft by 8ft matted area, 15/17 soft play shapes, a matching ball pool with 500 balls and some sets include a double rocker.
These mobile toddler soft play setups are available for indoor home hire in and around Glasgow and Lanarkshire.
Please allow 45 minutes either side of your allocated pick up and collection times for our team to properly setup the equipment.

Before Requesting To Book A Party Entertainment Package, Please Read The Following Important Information:

Bouncy castles CAN NOT be hired on their own and only as part of an indoor party entertainment package.

Soft Play setups can be hired on their own for use inside your own home or as part of an indoor party entertainment package.

Bounce & Party take a non refundable booking fee to secure your assets and date. This payment can be made at the time of requesting to book. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery either in cash or via BACs (Bank Transfer).

Please ensure that your chosen venue has suitable parking and no more than 5 steps to access the venue.

Unfortunately due to issues regarding parking, access, suitability or other reasons we are unable to supply equipment or provide party entertainment to the following venues:
Community Central Halls, 304 Maryhill Rd, Glasgow, G20 7YE - No suitable parking / loading.
Bearsden Community Hub, 69 Drymen Rd, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 3QT - Lack of parking / Issues loading in to venue as upstairs, small lift.

Information On How To Book...
We have tried to make this as easy as possible but if at any point you have issues please feel free to call us on Tel: 07949837154 and we'll be happy to help.
1. Select the party entertainment package you are interested in and click on the link to go to the packages page.
2. On the party entertainment package page read the description (Some of our party entertainment packages have several options depending on your requirements).
3. To request a booking press the big green button that says "BOOK ONLINE" and this will start the booking request process.
4. Select your date and postcode, this will provide a total cost for your package including any delivery charges. Continue to fill in your details as requested to make your booking request.
5. Once you have completed the form you will be asked to pay a £50.00 booking fee. This is required in order to confirm your booking.
6. You will then be taken to Square where you can securely use your credit or debit card to pay the £50.00 booking fee.
7. Once payment is made you will receive a booking request confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if it isn't in your inbox.
8. We will then check your request to book and ensure that it is suitable and we are able to fulfil the booking request. Confirmation of acceptance will be emailed. Please ensure that you read this email in full as it contains important information regarding your booking.

Information About Us...
Bounce & Party are a member of the BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. All of our castles, have a valid RPII / PIPA Test Certificate, and its blower as well as all our electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. On delivery and setup our staff will give full advice and provide guidance on how to use it safely.
Our castles are cleaned between hires and our stock is kept presentable, all of our castles are in brand-new condition.

Price includes delivery of your bouncy castle, soft play and party packages within a 10 mile radius / 20 minute travel time of our base. Other areas are covered but may incur a small delivery charge. Any additional travel charge is displayed at the time of booking. Please contact us if you require more information.
All of our bouncy castles are tested to the strictest Health & Safety standards with valid PIPA safety certificates available. We have £5m of public liability insurance and all electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. All of our castles are suitable for children aged up to 14 so are perfect for birthday parties, family events, or any other children's event! Our Soft Play setups and Soft play Arena are suitable for children under 5 years old.

What are your prices?
You will find all of our prices listed on this web site with each product or package. Please Note: There may be a small surcharge for fuel and travel time if your event is in another city or more than 10 miles from our base.
Unfortunately we do not price match with other entertainers or companies in the Glasgow area as we are all different in ability & quality of service and believe our prices represent the quality of service we provide.
Do you take a deposit?
Bounce & Party take a £20.00 non refundable booking fee at the time of booking for all hires and services we provide. The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your hire or package.
Fuel and parking
Bounce & Party are based in Glasgow and travel to venues within a 30 mile radius. Prices displayed on our website are based on a travel distance of 10 miles from our base. Venues further than 10 miles from our base will incur an additional charge to cover the cost of fuel and travel time. Any additional cost will be displayed at the time of booking. Bounce & Party require a suitable parking space for a transit sized van at the location of the venue. Should there be a charge for parking the cost of this must be paid for by the client.
Can i reserve a date / can you hold an asset or package for me?
Bounce & Party receive enquiries and bookings on a daily basis and for this reason we are unable to reserve / hold a date, asset or package for you. You can check availability on most products or services on our website.
We can advise if a date, asset or package is currently available on a certain date.
Can the soft play be hired for outdoor use?
No, these soft play setups can be hired for indoor home hire only.
How long will we get the soft play we have hired for?
This is for a weekend hire. Delivered Friday evening and collected Sunday evening
Where do you hire out soft play hire?
Bounce & Party hires out soft play for indoor home hire across the whole of Glasgow and Lanarkshire. For a full list of area's that we cover please click here.
Do you hire soft play for outdoor use?
No, they can only be hired for indoor home use. Our soft play arena is also only suitable for indoor hire.
Do you have insurance for your soft play you hire?
Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5 million pound, which covers for any injury or accident which can be deemed our staff or our equipments fault. Additional insurance cover is available to buy direct from an insurance broker to cover supervision and personal injury.
Do i need to provide identification (ID) / What forms of identification do you accept?
As with hiring most items, car hire, tool hire etc 2 forms of identification may be required. This will be explained to you when making your booking. Identification should include either your photographic drivers licence or passport and another form of identification that includes your home address. Both forms of identification should match and must be in the hirers name.
Are my details secure?
Bounce & Party use Worldpay to securely process any payments made by credit or debit card to us. Bounce & Party do not take or keep your credit card, debit card or payment details.
Any personal details (name, address, phone number, Email address etc) are stored securely on our secure hosting platform and will never be given or sold to anyone else. We may use this information to contact you prior to your booking and in the future. Please notify us if you would like your details removing following your hire.
What are the power requirements for your items?
Our soft play setups do not require electrical power.
How long will it take to set up and take away the soft play?
We require a minimum of 30 minutes for soft play setup.
What are the rules for the use of the soft play?
Please adhere to the following rules when using the soft play:
- All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- No hard objects are allowed on the soft play, including shoes or any kind of footwear, glasses, jewellery or toys
- Food, drinks and other messy objects are not allowed on the soft play. If we believe this rule has been broken, or if the soft play is returned in a condition beyond what would be expected from normal use, the hirer will be liable to pay a £45 charge to cover the cost of cleaning.
- Do not overcrowd the soft play.
- Please remove any children who are misbehaving.
- Please segregate sessions into people of a similar size or age.
- Do not smoke near the soft play.
- If the soft play is damaged due to negligence or malicious acts, the hirer will be liable to pay for the full cost of any repairs required.

How much space do I need for the soft play?
The soft play setups are 8ft by 8ft but you will require space around the setup.
Are there any age restrictions?
Our soft play setups have an age restriction of 5 years old and under.
Delivery policy
Delivery is free within Glasgow (10 mile radius from our base). We may be able to deliver outside Glasgow for a small fee, please contact us.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Our arrival time will be arranged during the booking process and confirmed the night before.
Please ensure that there is adequate space within the venue for the booked package and that the location of our products will be sited is accessible. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot fully setup your booked package due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
