Christmas Eve Santa Experience

Bounce & Party are pleased to be able offer Santa Claus (Father Christmas) visits to your residential property this Christmas eve 2022. (See areas we cover below). Our professional Santa Claus will come to your house for a 30/45 minute visit to wish you and your child or children a very Merry Christmas.

Why Is Santa Visiting On Christmas Eve?

Santa Claus and his eves have been very busy and have got in to a muddle, they don't know if your child or children are on the naughty or nice list this year. Therefore Santa has decided to dash from the North pole and make a personal visit to check which list they should be on. Santa will make a 30/45 minute personal visit to your home for up to 4 children.

Santa will talk to your child, decide if they are on the naughty or nice list and there will be the opportunity to have a photo taken. Your child will also receive a small present, along with a nice list certificate, as long as they are on the nice list.

Professional Santa Claus (Santa visit to your home)

*A Christmas Activity Pack can be provided where a selection box is not suitable for dietary or health reasons, please advise us of this at the time of booking. (subject to availability)

Please Note: Santa Claus visits are extremely limited and based on a first come first served basis.

The Experience

Santa Claus will arrive at the time agreed by making his arrival known by ringing his bell, listen out for him. Santa Claus will greet the child or children by their name, how did he know that? Santa Claus will explain why he has visited and have a chat with your child, check what they are hoping to receive for Christmas and check if they should be on the naughty or nice list. Having checked that the child should be on the nice list, the child will receive a personalised certificate that confirms they are on the Nice List. Once confirmed Santa Claus will ask the child if they would like an early gift from Santa. The opportunity for a photo will take place so make sure you have your camera ready.

Santa Claus will end the visit by reminding your child to make sure that they behave for the rest of the day and to make sure they go to bed early. Santa will say his goodbyes and wave as he leaves with a loud Ho Ho Ho.

Cost

Christmas Eve Visit: 30/45 minute visit £125 (subject to travel surcharge)

PLEASE NOTE: Maximum of 4 children for this experience.

In order to keep prices low Santa Claus will provide a small gift of a Cadbury / Nestle Selection box or Christmas Activity Pack. Should you wish Santa to give a more substantial gift please let us know when booking. This gift can be left on the door step before Santa's arrival. He will then place it in his sack and give to the child along with the selection box.

Tips & Advice For Parents / Carers From Santa & The Elf & Safety Team...

Santa Claus will ring this bell on arrival, please make sure you listen out for him.
Santa Claus may be wearing a face mask but you won't be able to see it due to his beard.
Please make sure children are suitably dressed.
Please don't ask our Santa Claus to hold any children as due to costume restrictions he may struggle to do this.
Photos can be taken throughout the visit and an opportunity to take posed photos will take place towards the end of the visit. Make sure your phone or camera is fully charged.
If your child is shy or unwilling to talk to Santa don't worry. Santa will talk to the parent or guardian to break the ice.
Santa Claus has a lot of children to see and he would appreciate the parents or carers help when the visit comes to an end.

How To Book

If you would like to book a Christmas eve Santa visit to your home or to check availability please either give us a call on 07949837154, email us or send us a message via Facebook. Please ensure that you have read the FAQ's section below.

When you contact us we will discuss the availability and times available. Full payment must be made at the time of booking via debit or credit card. This is to ensure that we are able to keep the experience magical for your child with no awkwardness of collecting payment at the time of the visit.

Any other special mention or detail you would like Santa to make (Santa will try and include this but its not always possible)
Do any of the children that Santa will be visiting have any dietary or allergy restrictions where a Cadbury / Nestle Selection Box would not be suitable.

Will Santa Claus come in to my house?

Yes, Santa Claus will come in to your home, please ensure that there is a seat for him. If you have cats or dogs please ensure these are not within the room and in a secure location.

Can Santa Claus see more than one household at the same address?

Yes, this visit is for up to 4 children within one residential address. Santa can not go to two different addresses during the visit.

Can Santa Claus hold my child?

Unfortunately due to costume restrictions and safety guidelines Santa Claus is unable to hold your child.

Please assist us with this and don't ask our Santa to hold any child in his arms as he is unable to do this.

What happens if a member of my household has coronavirus, has symptoms or is told to self isolate?

Should a member of your household show symptoms of coronavirus, be confirmed as having coronavirus or told to self isolate then unfortunately we would be unable to visit. Please contact us before your visit.

I live in a high rise flat, can Santa Claus come to my home?

Unfortunately due to costume restrictions and for safety reasons Santa Claus is unable to visit a property with more than 5 steps / stairs.

Can i take a photo of my child and Santa Claus?

Yes, a photo opportunity will take place throughout the visit.

Can i reserve a date / time for my Santa visit?

Unfortunately due to limited availability we can not reserve / hold dates.

How do i make payment?

Once you have made your booking you will be sent email conformation of this booking. A link to make payment via debit or credit card will be within this email. Payments are processed securely via Wordpay.

Can I provide another gift for Santa to give?

Yes, please leave the gift on the door step and Santa will place it in his sack before ringing his bell.

Can I choose my date and time for Santa Claus to come?

Those booking first will have the option to choose the date and time of Santa's arrival. As more bookings are made we will advise of the dates and times that Santa is in your area and able to visit.

I wish to cancel my booking?

Should you wish to cancel your booking please call us on 07949837154. Unfortunately payments are non refundable. Where possible we may be able to accommodate a date or time change but this is at our discretion. The payment made covers our administrative costs and loss of business due to clients cancelation.

Before Requesting To Book A Party Entertainment Package, Please Read The Following Important Information:

Bouncy castles CAN NOT be hired on their own and only as part of an indoor party entertainment package.
Soft Play setups can be hired on their own for use inside your own home or as part of an indoor party entertainment package.
Bounce & Party take a non refundable booking fee to secure your assets and date. This payment can be made at the time of requesting to book. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery either in cash or via BACs (Bank Transfer).
Please ensure that your chosen venue has suitable parking and no more than 5 steps to access the venue.
Unfortunately due to issues regarding parking, access, suitability or other reasons we are unable to supply equipment or provide party entertainment to the following venues:

Community Central Halls, 304 Maryhill Rd, Glasgow, G20 7YE - No suitable parking / loading.

Bearsden Community Hub, 69 Drymen Rd, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 3QT - Lack of parking / Issues loading in to venue as upstairs, small lift.

Bounce & Party reserve the right to refuse and cancel any hire at the time of delivery if the above terms are not adhered to in full! Information On How To Book...

We have tried to make this as easy as possible but if at any point you have issues please feel free to call us on Tel: 07949837154 and we'll be happy to help.

1. Select the party entertainment package you are interested in and click on the link to go to the packages page.

2. On the party entertainment package page read the description (Some of our party entertainment packages have several options depending on your requirements).

3. To request a booking press the big green button that says "BOOK ONLINE" and this will start the booking request process.

4. Select your date and postcode, this will provide a total cost for your package including any delivery charges. Continue to fill in your details as requested to make your booking request.

5. Once you have completed the form you will be asked to pay a £50.00 booking fee. This is required in order to confirm your booking.

6. You will then be taken to Square where you can securely use your credit or debit card to pay the £50.00 booking fee.

7. Once payment is made you will receive a booking request confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if it isn't in your inbox.

8. We will then check your request to book and ensure that it is suitable and we are able to fulfil the booking request. Confirmation of acceptance will be emailed. Please ensure that you read this email in full as it contains important information regarding your booking.

Information About Us...

Bounce & Party are a member of the BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. All of our castles, have a valid RPII / PIPA Test Certificate, and its blower as well as all our electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. On delivery and setup our staff will give full advice and provide guidance on how to use it safely.

Our castles are cleaned between hires and our stock is kept presentable, all of our castles are in brand-new condition.

Price includes delivery of your bouncy castle, soft play and party packages within a 10 mile radius / 20 minute travel time of our base. Other areas are covered but may incur a small delivery charge. Any additional travel charge is displayed at the time of booking. Please contact us if you require more information.

All of our bouncy castles are tested to the strictest Health & Safety standards with valid PIPA safety certificates available. We have £5m of public liability insurance and all electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. All of our castles are suitable for children aged up to 14 so are perfect for birthday parties, family events, or any other children's event! Our Soft Play setups and Soft play Arena are suitable for children under 5 years old.

Safety is our number one priority and so our friendly team give full safety instruction & guidance when delivering your party entertainment package, soft play or bouncy castle.

Fuel/Travel Time Surcharge: For some locations there is a small added surcharge for the extra fuel and time needed to reach your location. You will be advised of this cost at the time of booking.

Visit Time: We will make every effort to ensure that we arrive at the agreed time but in certain circumstances or due to traffic issues we may arrive later than anticipated. We will where possible contact you in advance to advise of any late arrival.

Parking: For safety reasons there must be a free parking at the location for the Santa visit. Any potential parking issues must be discussed at the time of booking.

Payment: To secure your booking we do require full payment. Payment information will be emailed to you and a link to make secure payment. This payment must be made within 24 hours. If no payment is received your booking will be cancelled.

Information You Provide: Please ensure that you provide the correct information and that you have read our FAQ's section above. Bounce & Party can not be held responsible if the information that you provide is incorrect. If on our arrival we find that the location for the visit is not suitable, is to be indoor, not in a privately owned garden drive way or door step or in a communal location we will be unable to visit. No refunds will be given were the information you provide is incorrect.

Payment Refund Policy: All payments made are non refundable if you cancel your booking with us. Where possible we may be able to accommodate a date or time change but this is at our discretion. The payment made covers our administrative costs and loss of business due to clients cancelation.

Cancelation By Bounce & Party: Only due to severe weather conditions, local social unrest, staff illness, major vehicle breakdown or total Government official Coronavirus lockdown (where even Santa cannot visit a property) will any payment made towards your Santa visit be refunded in full.

In the event of circumstances deemed by Bounce & Party to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to Bounce & Party staff or any equipment in Bounce & Party possession, Bounce & Party reserve the right to cease or cancel the visit / performance with no refund given.
