Before Requesting To Book A Party Entertainment Package, Please Read The Following Important Information:

Bouncy castles CAN NOT be hired on their own and only as part of an indoor party entertainment package.

Soft Play setups can be hired on their own for use inside your own home or as part of an indoor party entertainment package.

Bounce & Party take a non refundable booking fee to secure your assets and date. This payment can be made at the time of requesting to book. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery either in cash or via BACs (Bank Transfer).

Please ensure that your chosen venue has suitable parking and no more than 5 steps to access the venue.

Unfortunately due to issues regarding parking, access, suitability or other reasons we are unable to supply equipment or provide party entertainment to the following venues:
Community Central Halls, 304 Maryhill Rd, Glasgow, G20 7YE - No suitable parking / loading.
Bearsden Community Hub, 69 Drymen Rd, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 3QT - Lack of parking / Issues loading in to venue as upstairs, small lift.
Bounce & Party reserve the right to refuse and cancel any hire at the time of delivery if the above terms are not adhered to in full! The safety and the well being of all our clients & staff is our number one priority! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on 07949 837 154.
Information On How To Book...
We have tried to make this as easy as possible but if at any point you have issues please feel free to call us on Tel: 07949837154 and we'll be happy to help.
1. Select the party entertainment package you are interested in and click on the link to go to the packages page.
2. On the party entertainment package page read the description (Some of our party entertainment packages have several options depending on your requirements).
3. To request a booking press the big green button that says "BOOK ONLINE" and this will start the booking request process.
4. Select your date and postcode, this will provide a total cost for your package including any delivery charges. Continue to fill in your details as requested to make your booking request.
5. Once you have completed the form you will be asked to pay a £50.00 booking fee. This is required in order to confirm your booking.
6. You will then be taken to Square where you can securely use your credit or debit card to pay the £50.00 booking fee.
7. Once payment is made you will receive a booking request confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if it isn't in your inbox.
8. We will then check your request to book and ensure that it is suitable and we are able to fulfil the booking request. Confirmation of acceptance will be emailed. Please ensure that you read this email in full as it contains important information regarding your booking.

Information About Us...
Bounce & Party are a member of the BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. All of our castles, have a valid RPII / PIPA Test Certificate, and its blower as well as all our electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. On delivery and setup our staff will give full advice and provide guidance on how to use it safely.
Our castles are cleaned between hires and our stock is kept presentable, all of our castles are in brand-new condition.

Price includes delivery of your bouncy castle, soft play and party packages within a 10 mile radius / 20 minute travel time of our base. Other areas are covered but may incur a small delivery charge. Any additional travel charge is displayed at the time of booking. Please contact us if you require more information.
All of our bouncy castles are tested to the strictest Health & Safety standards with valid PIPA safety certificates available. We have £5m of public liability insurance and all electrical equipment is regularly checked and tested. All of our castles are suitable for children aged up to 14 so are perfect for birthday parties, family events, or any other children's event! Our Soft Play setups and Soft play Arena are suitable for children under 5 years old.
Safety is our number one priority and so our friendly team give full safety instruction & guidance when delivering your party entertainment package, soft play or bouncy castle.

Our Party Hosts are more than just a DJ / entertainer, yes they play music and talk on the microphone but rather than being sat behind a desk they are out the front with the children and party guests. Our party hosts will ensure that your party runs smoothly, is organised and stress free.
Our party host will welcome the children to the party, make them laugh, scream and shout, entertain them (& adults) and run the party games. They will ensure that the children leave the party with smiles on their faces.
